Detroit Diesel 3-71 running engine. To answer some of the questions. Yes, it is an oil bath air cleaner Does not start first bump, needs some turning to get it going. Was air start which took loads of air! now 24volt. Yes the water inlet and outlets are not connected but that is only to the external water as it is fitted with a heat exchanger. The engine block is full of water and does not overheat for short runs such as this.

Car: Honda Civic Coupe -94 Engine: D16Z9 (previously I wrote that my engine is D16Z6 which is basically the same machine) (1.6l ESi SOHC VTEC), gasoline, 248 000 km (155 000 miles) driven.
